Pulse Motivation is an employee engagement platform that measures employee motivation, engagement and retention.
The tool differentiates itself by focusing on motivation as the root cause for improved engagement and retention and does this by integrating psychometric testing and anonymous employee surveys to ensure that the individual needs are understood and the degree at which the business is meeting these needs is tracked.
Our platform aims to provide a user-friendly approach to getting the core metrics that actually matter. Our unique assessments require only 15 minutes from team members after which participants immediately receive their personalised motivation report and the business receives access to a dashboard of individual and team category data.
Our clients appreciate being able to filter the data across themes such as gender, age, teams, office/ remote work and tenure. This allows them to confront unconscious biases and stereotypes by understanding motivation in the context of diversity and inclusion, whilst ensuring employees feel valued, respected and heard.
