“Pay by the Hour” Service

With this model you pay for the hours that you need – you decided how little or much you require.

The hours needed and the rate will be agreed upon prior to the assignment starting.

“Pay by the Hour” provides a more flexible and cost-effective solution, and the benefits include:

Cost Efficiency
You only pay for the hours agreed but can add more hours if needed and compared to fixed-fee models can result in significant savings, particularly for businesses with fluctuating needs or if you have a limited budget.

Flexibility & Scalability
This gives you flexibility as you can adjust the duration and frequency of the service. This scalability allows you, the customer, to use this service on an as-needed basis without any long-term commitments.

Billing & Invoicing
Once hours for the month are agreed upon, we will raise an invoice which will be sent to you at the start of the project with 14 days payment terms. The invoice will outline the agreed work.

Value for Money
“Pay by the Hour” allows you to have a clear understanding of the service provided and the cost incurred. The advantage of paying only for the actual time spent on the service, giving you control over expenses.

This model can be beneficial for customers who need flexible, bespoke and cost-effective solutions. It gives you the opportunity to engage our services for specific tasks or projects without the need for being tied into long-term contract terms.

However, for this to work the following needs to be in place:

Scope of Work
Before starting a project, it is important to have a clear understanding of the scope of work that will be covered within the time agreed. This helps to manage your expectation and will avoid any misunderstandings about what is included and what would be considered additional services or charges.

Communication & Collaboration
There needs to be open and clear communication between us and the business – this is crucial for a successful partnership.
This will enable both parties to discuss project progress, align expectations and manage any changes/adjustments to the scope of work agreed upon.

Mandy Mass – Principal Data Scientist

I’ve loved working with Helen! As a hiring manager, I value her expertise and unwavering support to fill challenging roles in a very challenging market. I can also attest to her warm, transparent and efficient style as a previous candidate.

Hayley Calraine – Head of Insurance Operations

Helen joined HireRight in the capacity of a outsource partnership of recruitment. She managed the recruitment process from authorisation of vacancy through to offer, working directly with my managers to take the pressure away from the HR Business Partners. Helen was hiring anything from 4 to 15 people a month in a high volume recruitment capacity. She helped me drive down attrition and save a large amount of money on our recruitment costs and you cannot put a value on the time it gave back to the HR team to concentrate on other added value projects. Helen worked seamlessly with my managers and delivered good results every time.

Helen is a joy to work with. She has an incredible network of contacts and really takes the time to understand what is needed for the role and for the candidate. She also does a great job communicating to keep you informed of the hiring process step-by-step. Helen is the type of person that I wish everyone got to know and work with. She left an incredible footprint at Rubicon Project in a short amount of time, and truly made an impact by hiring quality people in difficult markets. I am so grateful that I have been able to collaborate and work with Helen and I can only hope that I will get to work with her again in the future.
